Why Epiglutton?

- I've always had strong visual interests, and first got interested in digital imagery in the early days of Omni magazine, back when it used to review what had happened at SIGGraph. Well, I've been to a bunch of SIGGraphs now, and I work in the field, and I still love it. I gardened as a child, and I've been able to get back into that in the last 8 years. It provides a balance to my digital lifestyle. Gardening and enjoying fresh produce has also raised my interest in cooking with really good local food. As more restaurants in Toronto are offering local fare, I enjoy dining out and sampling the visions the different chefs have.
